If you can't even access the game then you can always contact a Game Advisor using normal means to setup a ticket.

Can you guys try the following and let us know how it goes:

If none of your apps launch correctly, there could be a problem with authorizing your Apple ID. To resolve this issue:

• Download and install an app that is not already on your device.
• If you don’t want to add any new apps to your device, you can remove an app and then re-download it from the App Store, or sync the app from your computer. Doing this will reset your Apple ID information.

Note: If you have installed apps using multiple Apple ID accounts, you may need to perform this step for each account.

I was playing this game since Friday or Thursday, and didnt have any problem. But since yesterdeay when i try to log in it shows ERROR 0x1 and i cant play the game. Tried all fixes from restarting the game to restarting the device to reinstalling the app. Nothing helped me. What to do? I really enjoy this game
