Hi there Kent,
I'm getting consistent crashes on my PC specifically only when playing Squadrons.
This is usually occurring AFTER a match ends and I begin loading up a second match. Sometimes it will occur mid flight.
It "Feels" like a memory issue, if that makes any sense. My PC will remain on, both screens will go black and lose signal yet the motherboard / ram will remain consistent.
I am running an AMD 5700XT ASUS OC STRIX on the latests drivers from Sept 29th / 2020

the issue resove itself this morning 10:00 am ( GTM +1:00)
but the game does not appear in my origin library

918 error is fixed for me, but I am missing the pre-order-bonuses, too.

Okay now it seems like the connecting to the servers works, but I am still missing my pre-order bonuses and the game is still out grayed in the origin library and i can't do anything with it there

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I queued for Fleet Battles (Ranked). The game loaded and I chose a starship. When the game tried to load the main game, it exited to the main menu and gave error code 218. It kicked me out and didn't let me re-join.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. After the timer went down for Fleet Battles.

What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of game, cannot re-join, receive a loss, and low priority queuing.
