Mass effect: Andromeda error "Game is already running..." [ Edited ]

This is my first time seeing this problem when i try to launch the game i get a popup window saying the "Game is already running..." but the game isnt running i checked the task manager and restared the pc but again the same problem. I have this error only in Mass Effect Andromeda and Anthem but not in apex or battlefield games.

The Problem Reports window is empty and i dont any have mods installed.

Stuff i tried are: 

• Verify integrity
• Re-installing the game
• Installing the DirectX & VC again from the --Installer folder
• Disabling the overlay
• Compatibilty mode
• Disabling full screen optimizations
• Running administrator mode
• Clean boot
• Recent Gpu drivers
• Recent chipset drivers
• App recovery
• Re downloading Ea app
• Formating the windows drive
• Trying the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth & DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow

I too have an issue that wont launch the game but i have it through EA

• Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all AMD driver components.
• Install the newest stable driver for your RX 6600 from AMD > Go online.
• Test.

Already did i use the DDU on the safe mode without internet connection (puling the cord)

What was the sfc /scannow result?

Did you tried what I suggested?

if you mean clean install the drivers with DDU yeah but it didnt help and the sfc/ scannow says there is no registry problem to fix.
