https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/INFO-Account-Suspensions-or-Bans-in-Madden-NFL-21/m-p/983...unfortunately, the forums team is not able to help regarding bans. the best thing you can do is to contact the ToS-team (Terms of Service) to dispute your account (see information in the linked thread above). so, I'd guess you already did what should be done in your case.
Usually, if an account got banned, you should receive an email containing all relevant information to the email address linked to your EA account. if you did not see this email yet, you might have to look at your spam folder too.
by the way: independent of whether your ban was justified or not, it might be a good point in time to read the rules of the game (again), in order to avoid being banned in the future again. you will find them here:
