Deluxe edition code didnt give me anything

Playing madden 17 deluxe edition on ps4. Put the code in and haven't received anything on ultimate team..

@kingporto Hi, can you double check that you definitely got nothing?

Make sure you access the MUT menu to get your initial pack, and please note that you don't get all the packs at once, they'll unlock every week.

I haven't received mine either and I typed the code in once I got the game and still have not received it

@collin_mathieu Hi, have you logged into MUT? Did it indicate that the code was consumed? Can you try it again?

i just bought the madden 17 deluxe edition haed copy and the redeem code isnt working it shows i redeemed it but dosent download th my ps4

I don't believe so because I didn't receive gronk either. It says the code has been used.
