Could you check my account for me I was banned for buying coins from a 3rd party and I made a case about Tuesday and tomorrow will be 72 hours and they all told me they will investigate my account I just want my team back I don’t care about the coins they took from me I just want my account back

And I never paid for any 3rd party coins I only paid for points in madden 20 and the packs that’s the only thing I use my money on

Hey @rickeyrock you will need to speak with our TOS team using the steps I posted above.
The best thing to do is to give the team time to investigate.

I have been waiting 2 weeks after spending $170 and got banned for violating TOS and wasnt given the reason why. how long will this take to even get a response back
