If you've reached the account limit then you would need to stick with the accounts you current have; it won't be possible to create additional ones. 

This is not a bug it is an intended system put in place by the FIFA team.

Basically EA just don't care, they didn't highlight this and also gave us the run around speaking to microsoft, i wasted over 8 hours this week talking on chat to both ea and microsoft.  

They way that people have dodged the question when talking to them online chat and trying to blame other parties like xbox is really bad, i guess they have took the money and run so to speak. i have bought every fifa since the first one back in 94. i doubt i will buy another one now. please follow this post as i am going to get a website done in next few days like a petition for them to change the process and include it in there t&c's.
