Hello!
In my game library, when y left click in game, i don't have Update, Repair and Game properties option.
Any ideas?

I had the exact same problem. It turns out I couldn't select those 3 options (including 'Game Properties', as I had the game open. Make sure your Sims 4 game isn't open if you try to select it in origin!

Just to confirm, you need to right click the game to see these options.
If you are right clicking, what options do you see? Could you provide a screenshot of the menu that comes up?

my game is telling me to switch to the 32 bit executable hoe do i do that?

You go to my games in your game library. For example you go to Sims 4, your download should already be enabled.
then you right click and these options shall pop up.
ex.
update game
repair
game properties
Hope this resolves your issue.

I have the same problem. I know this is 2 years ahead from when you first wrote this comment. Did you manage to fix your problem? If so how?
