Jumbo Rare Pack - are they a con

Purchased a Jumbo rare pack of 30 players, with the probability of getting Gold 82+ at 99%, of the 30 players, three are 82 or above (2 at 82 and 1 at 83)

This is minimum probability, now come on EA, how does 3 players of 82 or above equate to 99%, false advertising to be honest. 

Wasted 100,000 coins on this.

Surely there must a way to dispute this

Hi @Saramcd12, those probabilities are that you'll get a player rated 82 or higher, not that all players will be. More information available here as well.
