How do you solve the freeze glitch on Fifa 15 iOS. already tried to change my profile picture on Facebook that I am connected to. Please help

didn't work on androide... it worked only when i deactivated my fb account & game worked as a new player :'(

I've tried this solution and it hasn't worked. It made me choose a new pack to restart UT. Y'know how you have the option to choose a pack of players from different nationalities when you play the game for the first time? That's what happened to me after the game crashed and I can't get it back to my original squad.
