Unable for play Volta mode

I think it related to my account, I try to use another internet and computer but I'm still get this errors, so maybe it just happening because these is has something wrong with my account?

Same here. can't play Volta on PC, with unable to connect error. 

I can play online and other modes, but no VOLTA...

same here bro , i buy ultimate edition., from the first buy this game until now can not play voltaic mode. on the other hand I can play online and FUT modes. annoying

@homicideinside i've tried different ways to solve this, changed tcp/ip/firewall, and no result. also i tried tips recommended by EA
