Good for you mourndread. Will it work if i go premier basic as well? Or do you guys still have the LOD in your Library? Has anyone tried uninstalling it and try running the game?

I have a feeling it has something to do with our accounts are flagged legion of dawn edition but we're trying to login under a non legion of dawn edition key. going back to origin access would fix it imagine if that is truly the issue.

also bioshockwave i did fully uninstall the game and reinstalled the base edition and it kept doing it prior to upgrading

I did. Although my friend did as well so I asked him if it worked, but it worked for him.

yeah same here, this is getting ridiculous, i paid 100$ canadian and i cant even play a game, like i literally didnt even play game for a second cuz i cant connect to this * game. VERY DISAPPOINTING FROM EA

Same problem here. Tried everything. Apparently, some people have gotten this fixed by upgrading to LoD edition, but my friend who has basic and had premiere for 1 month is playing just fine.

I've cleared the cache and Apex Legends runs perfectly fine. This issue still exists for me. I feel this may be correlated with the fact a lot of us went from premiere to buying the basic edition possibly? Either way, there has been no fix on this nor comment from the devs. Please help.

I just got off with EA Support live chat for the second time on this issue and I had the live chat agent login to my account on his computer, install anthem, launch it and then get the same exact problem. It seems to be an account authorization issue of some kind. That being said, they did not offer a solution and told me twice to just wait for a specialist to get back to me at some unforeseen date. Looks like they don't know how to fix it currently. Which is not ideal considering I bought the full game hours before this issue started for me.
