I can't the DLC on burnout paradise on PS3. Help!

I was going to go buy the Big Surf Island DLC but it said content, not available.

Possibly not but I cannot confirm. Generally mixing regions (in terms of hardware/software/language etc.) is not advised.

What country are you located in?

You may be having an issue if you are using an underage account, check the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Playstation Store page.

But it says I can buy it on the PlayStation store on pc. Are you sure it will work?

If you log in to the (NZ) PlayStation store on PC with your PSN account and purchase, you should then be able to download and play on your Playstation.
