Chinese restriction for A Way Out? [ Edited ]

As the tile says, is there a chinese restriction for the game "A Way Out"?

In germany i can download and play the game, a friend in china has it in the wishlist and can't download even he has EA play pro. 

The exclamation mark says: Unfortunately, this title is no longer available

The info says: Not eligible to receive this game

@EA_David @EA_Darko @EA_Nils @proxos666 @EA_Cade  excuse to ping you but we have no Idea how to solve this!

Hey @Rotblut please do not make multiple threads for the same issue and please refrain from mass tagging CMs as both can be considered a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.
