URGENT, Error After Server down, Everything Stuck

URGENT,

Please help my account, I can't do anything like attacking a base, forgotten bases and collecting packages everything stuck and always display an error collecting package, all of my 5 bases can't do anything now after I've notice that the Firestorm server is down, and once the server is online again, then I have this issue for few hours now.

i have had similar problems in the past on servers 9 and 10,

the simple answer was to refresh the page and or clear all history.

i am running on firefox
