i absolutely * hate origin with all its glory. such a waste of time and money. i can't seem to get it to open so i can play sims. it won't load and when it does it asks me to log in which i do and it's an endless cycle. i'm so tired to this * and i want a refund for it. this is absolutely ridiculous.

This will possibly sound Stupid but its worth a shot...have you tried Clearing the Cache?

From my experience once it does not work you are out of luck until you trying to another device.

Seems like one time something goes wrong that is it. There is little to no support so you are right it is a gamble.

Always buy with a credit card so you still have your dispute options and always report dispute in first 30 days (depending on local laws)

Money is the only thing to get EA/Origin's attention

@hellopanda20 I can relate to that bro, I bought and game and cant even add my friends and I been doing this for like 5 hours trying to add him. Been asking for help and still havent got help.....
