SIMS4 addition buying in Ukraine

Hello! There is a problem with buying additions in SIMS4 in Ukraine. As I understand, there is no EA department in Ukraine and that’s why store is in rubles. Right now there is a war and it’s impossible to add card or buy something. Is there any solution of this problem, maybe changing the country of profile or smth?

In addition, I have Ukrainian account and locally in Ukraine. Russia is blocked, but Ukraine cannot buy anything in Origin, which is a bit strange.
