Purchase bug, i want to refund

First time i pay with app but system is error. I pay again but my money pay two times. I want to refund. Please reply me, thanks

We're not able to provide refunds on the forums, but you should be able to check out the refund page here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/returns-and-cancellations/ 

This shows our refund policy and will let you start the refund process directly for any eligible purchases.

If you're still having trouble after that, please reach out to an advisor and they can take a look at the purchase for you.
