I just recently started playing sims after a while and decided to buy a new game pack. I went to my origin account and nothing has changed. besides everything i bought being gone. It was $50. so i’m very mad. The only thing origin says is that the servers are temporarily unavailable but it has said that for the past week. Please help me figure this out or how can i get a refund??

Sorry to hear that you are having issue @brookeaadams.
Generally when issues such as an account having no games pop up the issue is related to having multiple EA accounts and logging into a secondary one.
If you are certain that you are logged into the correct account then can you ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

How do i find out if i have multiple accounts? And also it is asking me for a product code and i tried using the one I have from my game disk but it says it has already been used already so i am not sure what to do about that...
