I was purchasing the Sims 4 "Magic Realm" Expansion for IDR184.030 or USD12 using my JCB Credit Card. I received the invoice from EA for the real price of the item. Days later I was billed IDR18.403.000 or USD1,282 for the purchase on my credit card statement. I've contacted EA advisor and they claimed to not responsible for the wrong charged amount and advised me to reach the bank that issue the card. I've sent my inquiry to the bank and they're checking the issue. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Who do you think is responsible for the error?
