I cant downlowd The Sims 4

When I want to play the Sims 4 the origin say ,,the origin store is currently disabled  because it was launched from another  application.Restart origin to access the store,, and I dont know how to restart origin.Pls help

Hey @zarafr15 try exiting out of Origin and then right-click on the launcher and select Run as Administrator.

Let me know if you continue to have the same issue and if so we will take it from there.
