Can't link accounts

It is not letting my sync my Steam and Origin because it says it was already linked to one? No idea what this would be. I have been to EA Help a million times and searched all over the internet and cannot find a way to reach a real person to help me. This is not fair as I have spent HUNDREDS on expansion packs that I now can't even access since switching from PC to Mac.

@emmygpeters  If the problem is that your EA account already has a linked Steam account, here's how to unlink:

If your Steam account is linked to a different EA account, you'd need to go through Steam, or alternately find that EA account and use the above method.  For the latter, try signing into any EA site (this one is fine) with your Steam credentials.  If it works, you should land in the linked EA account.

However, I want to note that none of this will allow you to use your Steam-owned Sims 4 content.  The Steam version of Sims 4 and all associated content are only available in Windows.  Please see this master thread for more information:

Linking your current EA account to a Steam account that owns Sims 4 won't give you access to your Steam-owned packs and may even prevent you from running the Sims 4 base game.
