Cant purchased game

I went through the process of trying to purchase Sims 3 Supernatural and get this error message:

'Whoops! There was an issue accessing your account information. Sign in and place your order again. [ref. #53000]

 

I tried to look up the reference number and came up empty-handed. Any help would be appreciated!

@phylippa I tried doing this it did bring up the payment page however it does not let you choose your EA balance as an option and only allows you to use your card. I bought an EA card today and have enough on my EA balance but it's not letting me switch to that. Keeps throwing me the same error when I click edit payment options.

No Access to Sims 4 Expansions

Does anyone know when the Sims 4 expansions will be available to be purchased again? Nothing can be bought and I'm not sure if this is a maintenance or something is down and EA doesn't notice yet Frown

The same thing happened to me. I contacted chat support and they said it's a known issue and they are working on it. Other people can buy it though. I am very disappointed; they should have an alternative means to purchase their products if they are having technical issues. I mean, I am trying to buy something.
