@suzette234 Try running the Origin reset tool for macOS:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
And make sure you don't have any proxies enabled. Here's how:

@hannyeisen You can try the above steps as well, but if they don't work, please post which version of macOS you have.

Thank you for the links, but they didn't work. I have the MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6

@hannyeisen You can try either signing into Origin using your full email address or just your username, whichever you haven't been doing.
Please also temporarily disconnect any USB devices, just to see whether it helps.
If these steps don't work, you can try the others in this Origin troubleshooting thread, aside from the ones you've already done:
If nothing else makes a difference, create a new admin user account on your Mac (make sure the name uses only letters and numbers, no special characters), and try to login using that account.

But if I make a new account, won't I lose my old one? Also, other people are using my account on other devices, can that be a cause?

@hannyeisen I'm talking about a new user account on your Mac, not an Origin account. So when you turn on your computer, instead of clicking your typical username, you click the new one, input the password, and try to use Origin there. You can have multiple user accounts on your computer without causing problems, as long as you remember all the associated passwords.
