sims 4 isn't showing up

I own the sims 4 game and have done for years with no issues.

the past week I've been logging into my origin and the square is there for the game but no picture and no option to be able to open up with game (I keep having to log into origin on google and load it up this way not through the app) it's showing up when I go on safari and in my order history but it won't show up on my games library on the app.

Please help!

Does it load from your Applications folder or wherever you have the game installed to?

Yes it’s loading up every other way apart from in the origin app itself, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled origin, signed out and back in fine everything that’s suggested and still it’s not showing up in there

Please run the Origin reset tool. That may help fix it.
