I have the Sims 4 Ambitions expansion pack (in DVD), downloaded this onto my MAC laptop it came up with an error message popup saying "contact the EA". I have not received the message before. However, I had a previous laptop which completely stopped working whilst the game was downloaded. What do I do now? I want to play my game but it doesn't let me get past the error popup?
What do I do now ?

Hi @xxtasha11xx,
Are you talking about The Sims 4 Get to Work or The Sims 3 Ambitions?

Hi,
I'm talking about Sims 4 Ambitions

I'm sorry but The Sims 4 Ambitions does not exist. I need to know what game are you talking about in order to help you and The Sims 4 Ambitions is not a Sims 4 Expansion Pack. You may be talking about The Sims 4 Get to Work?
