Mouse Problem

When I go to play The Sims 4 on my mac, it thinks my mouse is about an inch below where it really is. Is there any way to fix this?

What version of OS X are you running?

Can you repair the game in Origin then go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and drag the Options.ini file to the Trash. Try your game again.
