I lost my Sims 3 Supernatural serial code

Can someone please try to help me?

      I recently had to completely delete and reinstall the Sims 3 on my Mac, but I lost my code for the Sims 3 Supernatural extension pack. I'm very desperate to get my extension packs back onto my laptop. I wanted to know if there was another way to retrieve my code without using terminal? I've tried terminal but it didn't give me any info for supernatural? Also, I didn't download the game to Origin. Is the only way to get my code back by contacting someone on EA? I'd like to find an alternative, because I'll get nervous communicating with someone and I can't find anyone who's willing to do it for me. Please help, thanks.

The command in Terminal only works if you have the game still installed. You will need to contact EA, try the live chat option - http://help.ea.com/en/
