Got the New Update, Expansion pack uninstalled

Hey! 

So I just tried going onto the sims after it updated and as soon as I open it, it tells me some of the download data is missing, when I go to the map selection it tells me one of my pack was uninstalled, and that if I played before it was back and saved, I'd lose any data (sims, lots, etc) that I had worked on in that world. The expansion pack was the city life one that I purchased a few days ago and had no problems with. No other expansion pack was affected. However whenever I go to my origin account to see if it's installing, nothing shows up, and when I check the expansion pack itself from my library it just says "finalizing" and no other prompt, progress bar, or anything. Is it just a matter of waiting or did something go wrong?

Please run the Origin reset tool - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

After running the tool right click on the game in your Origin games library and select Repair Game.
