Fast, Choppy Scrolling with MacBook Trackpad

Hey! I use a MacBook Pro 14" and scrolling seems to be very choppy in The Sims 4 compared to Safari or Chrome. I'm on macOS Ventura but have noticed it in Monterey too. The video I linked is one swipe with the trackpad in Safari and TS4. Any advice?

Have you tried using the arrow keys instead or grabbing the slider to scroll? Using the trackpad to scroll has always been a pretty horrific experience in my opinion in-game. There is no bug or issue, it’s just the way it is and has always been.
