Account has been banned for apparently using "external software" just after purchasing premium battle pass a couple days earlier. I have never used cheats on any game or installed any sort of software that could be considered cheating on my computer. This happened about 2 weeks ago and i have posted a ticket every 3-4 days since. No actual reply from anyone, only twice have i got the same automated message back saying they are "investigating and will update me as soon as possible". Frankly this just isn't good enough, you take my money then ban me making me unable to play the game on the account with the battle pass i intended on using. I have asked them why they banned me and if there is anything actually showing me using cheating software or if it was a mishap. I'm not even very good at the game, lose more then i win, never hit constant head shots, no idea why they would think i am cheating and why it would take so long to review as i would think it would be pretty obvious.
Anyway pretty fed up of sending tickets in at this point as it seems to do nothing. Just wondering if some1 could give me some answers or actually look at my account instead of just saying you will.

Hey there!
You should have received a mail regarding the ban.
The ToS team tries to review your account within 5 business days (Monday till Friday).
I understand it is frustrating but it's the only way to get your account unbanned.
Don't try to make new cases as they just delete those.
Only 1 per account do's the trick.
