***So my friend doesn't use the forums and asked me to send this in for her***
"I've been trying to play Sims 4 since yesterday afternoon but whenever I click on it in my library it says I need to purchase the game? However I already own it.
I've tried updating and reinstalling origin as well as restarting my computer.
I'm not sure what else to try and it's frustrating because I just got the new Cats and Dogs pack and now I can't play it.
It also says I already have the game and to 'click here to play' once i click buy.
I use a Mac if this has any impact on how to get my game working again.
and it's not a storage issue or anything like that either.
It's also not all my games, Sims 3 works but Sims 4 & the Sims 4 demo don't and neither does another game but I don't really care for that one so I don't mind it not working."
Please help, we're both out of solutions!!
