Is Sims 4 and all the expansion packs saved to my hard drive?

@ellenkatherineb  Yes, the game and all packs are stored locally on your hard drive.  The base game takes up about 15 GB, and the packs collectively around another 25 GB, so the entire game will use about 40 GB of storage.
