so I just got on apex and I have all of my skins for my weapons and characters, but all of my kills for all of my characters has been reset as well as my battle pass level. How can I fix this?

Same exact thing - logged in just now to PS4 and complete reset. Characters are still unlocked but all stats reset, back to level 1. The characters were all back to their original skins.
