So I extended my sub by buying a subscription during the whole 'sub now get a free month later' deal. I got the Story Bonus Pack that was on offer back then and I reached out to support asking if this would qualify me for the free month, which they said they would. Now I log in and it says I'm preferred status, no free month; WHILE at the same time, my friend did exactly the same and he did get his free month. What gives? It said sub by October 5, and I subbed at oct 4.
Hope you can resolve this quickly as I'd like to play on with my buddy and not buy a sub again right now because I was told I'd get the free month as well
edit: the ticket where a BW employee said the KOTFE Story Bonus Pack way of subscribing would get me the free month is number: 29861638

Interesting. Folks on the support forum are being told that account support can't resolve this matter.
