I'm encountering the same exact thing. And it is annoying as freak. Now because of this idiotic error, I can't use my character anymore.

Did you 2 have an EA account with the new e-mail address? You changed your IP or your computer? Moved to another country? If so change the proxy settings to your original home country IP.

First thing to try would be to Copy the Link to your Browser URL Field directly.

Second try deleting Cookies, Clearing Browser Cache and using different Browsers.

Hey mate,

The best thing you can do is create a new email address and attempt to validate that email. If successfully, go back into basic information under "My account" on the website and update the email address you want to us.

This should fix the issue.
