can sims 4 cc packages and mod files work on a windows 10 pro computer?

hello to anybody who reads this!

i want to purchase the sims 4 and use content creation + mod files 

but i'm not sure if they will work on my windows 10 pro computer or if i need to add/download extra things 

if somebody can provide me with an answer or some suggestions, i will kindly appreciate it!

@samosaollie  Yes, mods and custom content will work in any version of Windows 10, that is if the items work at all.  (Some may be broken, but that wouldn't be your computer's fault.)  To use them, download the files, unzip them if necessary, and place them in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods.  That's all you need to do.

@samosaollie  Just remember to remove all your mods and cc before you: update the game/install new patches, buy a new game pack/DLC, make a bug report.
