Sims 4 new update or add on idea

Hello I was wondering if more life could be added for us console users on sims 4 I would love if the sims can get menstral cycles and wooohooo protection also heigh sliders if needed and possible like more into the illnesses like they can get injured and need casts and like bad illnesses genetic and normal also illnesses that. Am be fixed by medical care and some that can’t it would be so brilliant and I know a lot of work but greatly appreciated also I can’t wait for the new update been wanting it for so long 😀
