I redeemed my fifa 22 closed beta code but I can’t download it

I received the code, entered it on PS5, no game download available and it didn’t populate in my library. I alone received the code and it was not transferred. It also did not give the error message about wrong code. I tried to enter it again and for the message that it has already been received

I got a message to say i could play the fifa 22 beta followed the steps to acquire it on the psn redeem came up to accept so pressed ok and it did not come up in my install or in my games list so have not been able to trial it quite disappointed as was looking forward to testing it.
