got this when i wanted to link my xbox acc

Your accounts cannot be linked because your Xbox account LintyTundra5884 is already linked to your EA account for 5c*****@anonymous.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox Account during its lifetime

dut this makes no sense bcs i dont even know that e-mail and i cant go to help center for some resonance

You need to go here to open a case  - https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/. Once on that page, follow these steps:

1. Search for EA Account in the search field
2. Click on the EA Account tile
3. Click on the button that says "See all help topics"
4. Select "Manage my account" on the left
5. Click on "I want to update my EA account information"
6. Where it says "How to update your EA account information", click on the link under that says "Read more"
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and lick on the link that says "get in touch with us"

That will let you start a chat with an advisor.

You'll need to submit a dispute for the ban. To do that, follow the instructions here. If the ban gets lifted, you should then be able to get assistance for the original issue. The anonymous email you're seeing is due to the account being underage. Emails are kept private in that case.
