Username Taken along with others

I've used Redmanz1 for virtually everything I've ever signed up for and have never had an issue before but it is taken sadly so I've added a 2 but recently tried changing the name adding a TTV_ OR _TTV or TWITCHTV to both sides and just TWITCH to both sides but all have said taken and I do not understand why

Sorry to say @TTV_Redmanz1 but if the usernames are already taken then it is not possible for you to use it. You will have to find another username that has not been taken.
