i am guessing this person had the same problem as me where FIFA was "purchased" onto our accounts even though we never actually made any purchase. for me the charge remained (or at least remains at the current time) as a pending transaction in my bank account so the order never fully went through. still waiting to see of the transaction is dropped or not as my account says the payment "failed".
