I got TOS ban for no reason (I didn't even buy any game, I was playing It Takes Two on Nintendo Switch), when I tried to appeal on EA help, the email option just won't work,I waited for it to load for 2 hours, just won't sent out. I also tried online chat option, same result.
Tried to use booster, then I was rejected by bot test.
So now the desperate question is how do I contact EA customer service to appeal when I cannot send email on line??

Hi Darko, thanks for replying.
I tried to follow your instrction, but after I chose Origin/It takes two, instead of platform choosing, I can only see a list of topic (attached pic1). However, when I click "See all help topics" I did found Manage my account in your step4, but there is no Banned or suspended account, onlyI want to dispute a ban or suspension (attached pic2). If I go there then that's no difference than my original problem: I cannot send out the appeal, it just keep loading with no progress.

I am having the same issue. I have no idea where to go and appeal the ban I received for no reason. The website takes me in circles.
