Hello,
I have signed up in 2014 use this email address. ([edit: email address removed])
Yesterday, I can not sign in, and I can not get my reset password email.
I try to sign up and use the same email address. It is a success.
But, when I sign in, I lost all the game. It is been a new account.
I have battlefield 1, titanfall 2, and Mass Effect: Andromeda.
May you help me to check my account?
