I can't log in to my actual origin account..."expired credentials"

When i try to log in to my account i get booted off instantly and told i have expired credentials. I reinstalled origin and made a new account and the new account logs in fine but my account with games on it wont let me log in at all. i can see the my games tab that lists my games for maybe 2 seconds before it force logs me off. And even logging into this website it wont recognize my actual accounts email and password just this new one.
I dont know how to fix it so i can actually play on the account with games i paid for on it.  Please help!

my ant and i where going to install the sims 3 with all the ep packs but whene we tryed to use her account it sayed it had expiered pleas help

Can you check the following:

• Always run Origin as administrator
• Clear the Origin Cache

It’s saying my old account is expired and I don’t know how to fix it

i have been using my orgin account offline for the past year not more than that it works offline but when i go online to log in it says that my account is expired i have tried everything to fix it and i cant update the sims 4 since it wont let me use wifi.

Hey @princessraynee12 I'm going to lock this thread as it is quite old.

If playing offline then you will need to go online periodically to log in and ensure that everything is working as it should.
