Dear EA,
Why do you have a support button if nothing can be done when entering the wrong birth day??
I got a new phone and went to download all of my previous games. Accidentally entered the wrong date and now im locked out. I have been trying to get support for a few weeks.
WHY IS THIS A THING?!?!🤣🙃
Tested it just now and was able to create a case @sen1lexflamigo.
What is happening when you are unable to?
