This **bleep** has been going on for a MONTH? I've been going back and forth with EA support since Monday. They say other users have the same problem, but offer no timetable on when it will be fixed. They even offered me a coupon...which I can't spend because I can't buy what I want. :P
I don't blame the tech support guys; it's not their fault. If anyone reading this opens a support chat, please don't be mean to them, because this isn't exactly something they can control. But the higher ups seriously need to address this. I'm trying to give you money, guys! You'd think this would be a top priority for EA!

I'm having the same issue right now. Despite having enough points, it only lets me purchase Spectre Packs. The other packs will not purchase and tell me to contact support.
