Banned without reason

So, I am Austravich, I am in control of this account parodied after a composer. Anyways, I, received a ban for no reason. I haven't played an EA game since November (B4) and I want to play the sims again but I cannot use the online features. I, to my knowledge, have done nothing. I have broken no rules, and, EA will not respond to my ticket and the ban history will not inform me of what I've done. I played Battlefield 4 and the Sims 4, that's it. If this helps, I did create mods for the Sims 4 but I don't think that's against the rules.
