There customer service was good but I don’t think they will refund the 15 dollars i spent on pro but they will refund the ea play which was 5 even tho i want the ea play.

I am not sure I understand this correctly, but EA Play for PC memberships are generally not refundable. You can Request a refund on EA Help if you think you might be entitled to a refund and the team will check the available options.
