Just got DA:I and my PC can usually handle Ultra at the avg of 60fps. with no problem with my 770 OC'd SLI. But with this game I've noticed fragments on the floor or background objects.
Any solution to this issue?

What happens with just one GPU active at a time?

A lot of people with SLI/Crossfire have same problem.
Unfortunately no official solution and commen from EA/Bioware.
Today only one solution - disable SLI and of course lose FPS.

Well I don't think a single 770 can handle this game as I'm running it on a 1440P

a single 980gtx struggles at 1440p, its the reason I bought a 2nd 980gtx in the first place.
edit: hint hint bioware, optimize nvidia and beyond 1080p resolutions for 60FPS.

Man this is why I bought the game late so they had time to optimize the game... I guess I'll just ask for a refund...
